(nee BAKALUK)
November 3, 1926 - December 5, 2019
She will be sadly missed by many, but especially by her grandson Edward Jorginson, who for many years was her sole caregiver; grandson Robert and his family; granddaughter Kari of Calgary and many nieces and nephews.
Mary is predeceased by her husband Harold; her daughter and son-in-law, Pat and Glen Jorginson, and son Rodger.
Mary was born in Saskatchewan, but married and raised her family in Selkirk, MB. She loved to cook and bake, she fed and housed young Selkirk Steelers in the early 1970s. She was also a dedicated member of the Knox Presbyterian Church and part of the Knoxettes Ladies Auxiliary.
Cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held on Monday, December 16, 2019 at the Knox Presbyterian Church in Selkirk at 7:00 p.m.
The family wishes to thank the staff at the Selkirk General Hospital for their excellent care and compassion.
