So sad to hear of Tara’s passing. I knew she had the battle of her life on her hands but never doubted that she would overcome. I had the pleasure of coaching a young girls fastball team many years ago of which Tara was a key member. She was voted Manitoba player of the year in her age group. Rest In Peace Tara. - Posted by: Brian Dyck (Friend) on: Dec 21, 2019

We are so sorry to hear of Tara’s passing. She was such an amazing pitcher at such a young age. She shocked a friend of ours who we had asked to ump a game!! We spent a lot of time with Tara and her family during that time. Good times. Sorry to have missed the service. We just found out. We ran into her over the years. She was always so cheerful and always seemed to be involved in some project helping others. Our deepest sympathies go out to Pat and family - Posted by: Julie and Brian Dyck (Ball coach and kind of team manager) on: Dec 21, 2019

So sorry to hear of Tara's passing. I was a childhood friend from softball, as well as my two sisters Karen and Kerry. May her family and friends find comfort in all of the wonderful memories they have of such a vibrant woman. Thinking of her today, and always. May she now rest in peace... - Posted by: Angela Griffin (Aftanas) (Childhood friend) on: Dec 21, 2019

We became friends when our kids were 3. We bonded and became sisters in a natural and lovely way. Your zest for life was not matched by any other soul. A great mother, a wonderful friend, and a mother hen to all. I will miss our tea sessions and every journey we've been on. Your spirit is abundant and with us still. Love you T❤️ - Posted by: Megan Davis (Friend) on: Dec 17, 2019

Tara was a lifetime friend to my daughter Selina who passed away the 16th of Sept. Tara was such a strong woman with so much energy and loved to get things done. Its so hard to believe she is gone but Selina will greet her in heaven and their friendship will be eternal. Rest in peace Tara you will be missed by so many people, especially your family. You will be remembered for your positive outlook and your incredible dignity and courage in the last days of your life on this earth. God called you as he needs you and Selina needs you by her side. - Posted by: Ruth Roberton (Mother of Tara s friend Selina) on: Dec 17, 2019
