RONALD CHARLES LUCYSHEN

Peacefully, at his residence in Matlock, MB, Ronnie Lucyshen, aged 78 years, beloved husband of the late Janet, passed away.
He is survived by his siblings, Richard (Lorraine), Rita, Dennis, Chris (Lillian) and Connie (Pat), as well as many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Ronnie was predeceased by his parents, Nick and Helen; wife Janet; brother-in-law Bill Taylor and infant brother Dale.
He was employed by Manitoba Hydro for 38 years. Ronnie was also the Fire Chief for the RM of St. Andrews - Matlock Fire Hall for 43 years. He enjoyed spending time hunting, fishing, and playing baseball in his younger days. Later in life he really enjoyed his pets, especially his dog Boo, going for coffee with friends, and spending time looking after his tomatos and cucumbers.
In keeping with his wishes, cremation has taken place and no formal service will be held.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Winnipeg Humane Society or CancerCare Manitoba.

My parents Gerry and Dorine along with everyone from Matlock area we would head out to Chalet beach for the day we all had a great time, kids and all.
