MICHEL EMILE LAURIN
June 8, 1956 - December 20, 2019

With tear filled eyes the family of Michel Emile Laurin are heartbroken to announce the peaceful passing of our beloved husband, father, pepere, brother and uncle on December 20, 2019, at age 63.
Lovingly remembered by his wife of 27 years, Jeanine Gagnon, and their five children, Brigitte Laurin-Turner (Rob), Robert Laurin, Kelly Zabor, Monique Dagert and Ken Gagnon; 10 grandchildren, Justin, Nicholas, Apollo, Coral, Alexandra (Mike), Teagan, Brenden (Morgan), Marisa, Taylor and Natasha; and four great-grandchildren, Noah, Owen, Addison and Logan - soon to be five (Apollo).
Michel's memory will forever be cherished by his six siblings, Paul (Vivianne), Roland (Gisele), Daniel (Anna), Laurette (Claude), Lauraine (Leo), Pierre (Janice), and numerous nieces and nephews.
Michel was predeceased by his father Arthur Laurin on July 13, 1998 and mother Madeleine (nee Vincent) Laurin on January 7, 2019.
Michel was a hard-working man, meeting and making many different friends through his long working career in construction. Those who had the pleasure of knowing him, will forever remember his kind demeanour and giving heart.
As per his request cremation has taken place with a Celebration of Life to be held May 30, 2020, in his son Robert Laurin's yard "Mike Style".
A mass will be held on January 5, 2020, at the Ste. Anne Roman Catholic Church during the 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. Masses.
The family would like to thank the doctors and nurses for their compassionate care for Mike during his stay on 5E and the ICU at St. Boniface Hospital.

"Love you then, love you forever."
