Harvey is survived by his brothers, Clifford and Peter, as well as their families, and Reta's family.
An interment will be held on Friday, January 24, 2020 at 12:00 p.m. in Chapel Lawn Cemetery, 4000 Portage Avenue, Winnipeg.

I attended Britannia School with Harvey and remember him as a very talented and unusual boy. He wasn't much for school but one project he took on at home inspired me forever. He meticulously draughted a steam locomotive on a large piece of paper with india ink, a jet black ink used by design engineers. Every part right down to rivets and nuts and bolts faithfully drawn in number and location. It was the most beautiful piece of artwork I have seen to this day.
