June 26, 1933 - January 8, 2020
He was predeceased by his parents, Phillip and Olga Boss, and an infant daughter.
Elmer will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 50 years, Violet, son Darren (Karen) of Ottawa, and nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Thursday, January 16, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. at Neil Bardal Funeral Centre, 3030 Notre Dame Avenue (across from Brookside Cemetery).
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Elmer may be made to Siloam Mission, 300 Princess Street, Winnipeg, Manitoba R3B 9Z9.
