ANN TOKARCHUK
1921 – 2020
Ann was predeceased by her husband John, her son Kenneth, her parents, Michael and Rose (Yakamisky) Lupak, and her brother Stanley.
Left to cherish her memory is her son John (Betty), six grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, her sister Stella (Pawlicki), and many nieces and nephews.
The family would like to offer their sincere thanks to the staff at West Park Manor for the care Ann received during her time there.
Funeral service for Ann will be held on Monday, January 27, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 4000 Portage Avenue, Winnipeg, MB.
In lieu of flowers a donation in Ann's memory can be made to a charity of your choice.
