He is survived by his loving wife Amanda Bilowus; and kitten Missy; loving parents, George and Louise Bilowus of Winnipeg; parents-in-law, Bill and Jean Betts of Moose Jaw; and brother-in-law Brad Templeman of Winnipeg.
In accordance with Theo's wishes there will be a wake held at a future date.
In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to Craig Street Cats, in his honour, or an animal charity of your choice.
He will be fondly remembered by all who knew and loved him.

I would just like to express my deepest condolences to the Bilowis family. I worked with Theo and his dad for a lot of my days at Sobeys. Theo was always the guy I could ask for help for anything work related and he was always more than happy to oblige. I will miss seeing your face at our work place.
