Dale was born in Winnipeg and is survived by her mother, Eileen Tavener, and Dale's daughters, Elaine and Lynn.
She was predeceased by her father, Arthur; brother Pat and infant sister Judith.
As per Dale's wishes, cremation has taken place and no formal service will be held.
