AURORE BERNARDIN
(nee BERARD)
Aurore was born on July 22, 1926 in St. Elizabeth, MB. She was one of sixteen children. She married her husband Alphonse in 1953, and together they built a life and raised their four children.
Aurore will be missed by her children, Gisèle Corrigal (Richard), Eddy (Mary-Ann), Reine Richard (Robert) and Daniel (Anita); grandchildren, Christine (Mark), Adam (Larissa), Dave (Yuliya), Ryan (Jennifer), Daniel, Peter (Alexis) and Renée; great-grandchildren, Brycen, Darius, Carson and Aubrey.
She is also survived by her sisters, Germaine, Alma and Agnes; brother Laurent and numerous other family members.
Funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 29 at St. Charles Roman Catholic Church, 320 St. Charles Street, Winnipeg. Prayers will be at 10:30 a.m. followed by a Mass at 11:00 a.m.
The family would like to thank the emergency staff at Grace Hospital for their care and compassion.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Alzheimer Society of Manitoba.
