and
CHRIS (CHRISTINE) WHITNEY
After 51 wonderful years of marriage, Bill (Willard) and Chris (Christine) Whitney have entered the next part of their journey together.
Our families are broken hearted to lose our parents unexpectedly so close together. Both Bill and Chris passed away at the Grace Hospital: Dad on February 21, 2020, and Mom on March 2, 2020. Our family would like to express our sincerest thank you for the support and care provided by CancerCare Manitoba and the amazing nurses and doctors at the Grace Hospital.
"Those we love don't go away,
they walk beside us every day,
unseen, unheard but always near,
still loved, still missed, and held so dear."
We love you Mom and Dad

Dear Blaine and Shannon, We are so deeply sorry on the loss of your beloved parents. We always enjoyed chatting with them out on their front lawn. We admired their well-kept home and yard. Please accept our most sincere condolences. Our whole family is thinking about you. Sincerely, The Regnier Family - Posted by: Carole Regnier (neighbours) on: Mar 13, 2020

I was very saddened to hear of Chris’s passing and of her husbands. I’ve only known Chris for a few short years but in that time I felt like I knew her a lot longer. She will be missed. My heart goes out to her children and grandchildren. Sincerely Rosemary Taylor. - Posted by: Rosemary Taylor (Friend of Chris’s from the West Portage Y) on: Mar 12, 2020
