Bob was a dedicated police officer who I partnered with on many occasions. We had many crazy times together! He and Elaine were also our good friends. Joan and I offer our sincerest condolences to Elaine and family. You have all been through so much trying to deal with Bob's illness for so long. Finally, he is at peace.
