I worked with Bob when he was involved with the Manitoba Housing and Renewal Corporation and Manitoba Housing in the early 1980's . I was the ADM. Bob was directly involved in low income housing at a time when we built hundreds of units of housing. He was always very articulate, knowledgeable, and had perfect manners. - Posted by: William Charles (Bill) Kennedy P.Eng. (retired) (Colleage) on: Apr 07, 2020

We met Bob at St. Matthew's. - he was a stalwart of the Church. Bob was a true gentleman, always pleasant and friendly to us. I sort of knew he was in public service but was amazed to read just how much he accomplished in his life, yet came across as a humble man. My most sincere sympathy to all his family. - Posted by: Edna Poulter (acquaintance) on: Apr 07, 2020

I have fond memories of your parents from St. Mathews. Your dad was so involved as was your mom. I took care of some of you kids in the nursery at the church and also babysat you. May happy memories of your dad bring you comfort now and in the future. - Posted by: Elaine McElheran Bennett (Friend from St. Mathews) on: Mar 31, 2020

I'm reminded of many trips to Birds Hill Park for picnics and the chance for us all to race about in the fresh air and water. I will remember your dad, good man who will be missed by many. Jeff - Posted by: Jeff Pruden (Friend since childhood) on: Mar 31, 2020
