HELEN (OLENKA) MICHALSKI
(nee RYBAK)
Helen was born August 10, 1923, to parents, Nickolas and Alexandria Rybak. Helen had many siblings growing up on the farm.
Left to mourn her passing is sister Catherine Podolchuk of Falcon Lake, MB and brother Nickolas Rybak of Winnipeg, as well as many nieces and nephews.
Helen will be lovingly remembered for her generous nature and strong desire to feed you the minute you stepped in her doorway! Her home was our family's home away from home, always welcoming us when we needed to be in Winnipeg with nowhere to stay. We will always be grateful to her for that.
Our family would like to say thank-you to the Charleswood Care Centre for caring for Helen since May of 2016.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Alzheimer Society of Manitoba would be gratefully appreciated.
