Deepest sympathy to Louise, Sharon ,Bill and the rest of Lucilles family. She was a great friend and a pleasure to work with at the bank. She enjoyed her sports (baseball and curling )and loved dancing before arthritis slowed her down but didn't stop her from enjoying life. I will miss seeing her smiling face. - Posted by: Mable Boast (Friend) on: May 06, 2020

Condolences to Louise, Sharron and Bill and the rest of the family. Our friendship started at Franklin School grade 4 when Lucille came to start a new life with her sister Louise. My memory of her back then was, she just seemed special and someone pleasant to be around. I remember she was very active and could run like a deer. It broke my heart to see all the difficulties she endured during her life which never changed her kind and caring nature. Lucille was a true and best life long friend. My condolences go out to Sherron and family, I got to know Lucille after retiring from RBC when I joined the retiree luncheons. Lucille was a "bright light" in a crowd. Her blue eyes would sparkle and she had an engaging smile when she spoke. She always enjoyed good conversation and you knew when you sat down to talk with her she was fully engaged with that person. Dear Lucille we'll miss you at our luncheons and won't be the same without you. - Posted by: Grace Irwin (friend) on: May 04, 2020

To Sherron & Bill My deepest sympathy in the passing of your beloved Aunt. Lucille was a special person who cared for everyone and never complained about her own life struggles. When I worked @ RBC 220 Portage Ave in early 70's Lucille was in Audit & I worked in the urrent Account Dept. below the mezanine floor. When I transferred to Northdale Sh Cr branch in 2006 I visited with her when she walked by my office to the monthly RBC Retirement Luncheons. In 2009 when I retired & could join their monthly luncheons I always looked forward to our visits & card games. I have misssed her over the last several months when she was not able to attend & will continue to miss her presence.
