RALPH ALVIN KLIMACK

It is with sadness that we announce Ralph's passing on Saturday, May 2, 2020, at the age of 86 years.
Ralph passed away peacefully at Charleswood Care Home, leaving to mourn his wife Judy; sons, Kolby (Lolita) and Kevin (Marnie); grandchildren, Mattie and Jacob; sister Natha (Jerry) and numerous nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his son Kyle; sisters, Martha, Frieda, Anna, Hertha and Natalie.
Born in Inglis, Manitoba in 1934 to Jacob and Bertha Klimack, Ralph grew up on the farm with his sisters. He married Judy Malone in 1964 and together they raised their three sons, Kyle, Kolby and Kevin.
Ralph joined the Royal Bank in 1955 and retired in 1991 after 36 years of service. His career took him to a number of different communities throughout Manitoba and Northwestern Ontario. Throughout his career, he managed numerous branches and was appointed Manager of Lending Services prior to moving into a credit approval role in Commercial Lending.
In his retirement, Ralph spent his time volunteering at Deer Lodge Hospital, playing saxophone in the Assiniboine Concert Band and travelling throughout Mexico and the Caribbean.
Ralph spent the last seven months of his life at Charleswood Long Term Care where he received wonderful care. We thank the staff for their kindness to Ralph and to all his family.
A private interment has been held.
