H. MARION KUNTZ
August 24, 1931 - May 7, 2020

Marion passed away peacefully in her sleep, at Seven Oaks Hospital, on Thursday, May 7, 2020.
She was predeceased by her parents, Alex and Molly; brothers, Alex, Eddie, Harold; and sisters, Eva and Emma.
She leaves to mourn her passing her loving husband, Bernie; and her son, Clinton (Nicole); sister, Irene; and sisters-in-law, Rita, Shirley, Fran and Dianne; and brother- in-law, Herb; and many nieces and nephews.
She owned Marion's Grill on Salter Street, and later worked in other canteens and restaurants. Marion loved to play guitar, and liked cooking and gardening.
Marion will be greatly missed by her husband, Bernie, and family and friends.
Bernie would like to thank the nurses at Health Sciences Centre and the Seven Oaks Hospital, and all the caregivers and nurses that cared for Marion at home.

  • I still remember to this day visiting you on lunch breaks when I was in high school always sharing our love for music of Johnny Cash. Shared the love we had for Garfield. Also we both loved the poem Footprints. I remember showing you my edit I had and you had asked me to make you one. I am so sorry I haven’t gotten to it. I also will always remember the Halloween’s we had at your place. Will also cherish the Saturday visits I’d have with you when the kids and I would visit Mom and Dad.
