GEORGE GOLEMBISKI

Peacefully at home on Sunday, May 31, 2020, our father (Pops) and grandfather, and great-grandpa George, passed away at the age of 91.
Dad was predeceased by our Mom, Phyllis in 1999. Dad is survived by his three children, daughters, Wendy and Pam, and son Kevin; grandchildren, James, Kevin Jr. and his kids, and Lindsay (Wayne), great-grandchild Quinn; brother Frank, and many nieces and nephews.
Dad is a cancer survivor of 30 years. For the last 30 years of his working career, was spent with CNR before retiring. Dad was a kind and loving person who lived his whole life in Winnipeg. Dad was a great provider allowing us to enjoy a comfortable life in the city as well as at Grand Beach. Dad was a great teacher of many trades and offered his help to all.
Flowers gratefully declined, we ask that any donations be made in Dad's name to the Winnipeg Humane Society because of his love for dogs.
There will be a private family service only due to Covid.
