FRED FEDAK
Fred was predeceased by his wife Deloris in 2004, siblings, Alex, John, Mike and Mary. He leaves behind two sons, Don (Joan) and Jeffrey (Pat); four grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; his siblings, Steve (Ruth), Metro, Pete (Cynthia), Doris, Adaline and Anne; his sisters-in-law, Violet Kantimer and Helen (Ron) Meakin, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
Fred was born March 5, 1933, in Libau, Manitoba, married Deloris in 1957, and raised their family there. Fred's passion and joy in life was working in the great outdoors. In summer, he would farm, and in winter, he
logged in Northern Manitoba, until he retired in 2002.
A private family service, celebrating his life will be held Thursday, July 9, 2020, in the Gilbart Funeral Chapel in Selkirk, Manitoba.
Pallbearers are Henry Mikowski, Carl Mikowski, Kevin Fedak, Jeff Fedak, Edwin Tyslau and Richard Tyslau.
