MARJORIE JEAN ISAAK
(nee EARL)
August 6, 1934 - July 11, 2020
She will be lovingly remembered by children, Debra (Rick) Morris, Frank (Donna) and Roland; grandchildren, Shannon (Sadiq), Sarah (Sean), Tamara (Richard), Leanna (Jesse), Kristina, Jennifer and Justin (Cassie); great-grandchildren, Logan, Bella, Zachary, Alexandre, Avery, Everett, Carter and Parker, and will be deeply missed by sister Barbara (Ken) Creran, and many nieces and nephews.
Marjorie was predeceased by husband Otto, sister Irene Rudy, and parents, Roland and Wilma Earl.
Marjorie was born and raised in Winnipeg and met Otto during the 1950s flood as volunteers. They spent 12 years in Gillam, Manitoba where Otto worked for Manitoba Hydro.
Marjorie worked at Safeway Bakeries in Winnipeg, The Hudson Bay Company in Gillam and housekeeping with her sister Irene in Winnipeg.
Marjorie enjoyed the company of the many friends she made in her lifetime and loved spending time with her family whether it was at Granite Lake, birthdays, Christmas or the annual family BBQ. Her trifle or "Marjie" cake was not to be missed. She always made those birthday cards extra special.
Special thanks to the staff at Metropolitan Kiwanis Courts for their friendship during Marjorie's stay there, to Interlake Eastern Health Authority Palliative and Home Care for their support, and to the doctors and nurses of Selkirk Hospital for their wonderful care.
In keeping with Marjorie's wishes there will be no funeral service or burial at this time. Cremation has taken place.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Canadian Cancer Society of Manitoba, 193 Sherbrook St., Winnipeg, Manitoba R3C 2B7.

Aunt Marjorie was always friendly and cheerful. Her laugh was infectious and I remember that the most about her. It was always fun to be around her and she was always kind to us when we were children. Her family will certainly miss her and I extend my heartfelt sympathy to you all. - Posted by: Carol Klapwijk (neice) on: Jan 02, 2021

Sorry to hear of Marjorie’s passing. My husband and I always enjoyed seeing Marge at her table at the Court of St James Sals and talking to her. She was a wonderful lady and will be missed. - Posted by: Violeta and Barry Seib (Sals patrons) on: Jul 19, 2020
