My father John Ireland (passed 2015) worked with and for Mr. Mozel. Mr. Mozel being on the East West St. Paul Police Force since 1959 as constable then In 1966 as Chief Constable. My dad came on in 1969. I knew Mr. Mozel from visiting the old Police Station from time to time in the basement as a youngster with my dad. Mr. Mozel was friendly to me and I am sure my dad learned a lot from him. May they both RIP (1010) after years of dedication to the Community of East St. Paul and it's Police Department. My sympathy to his friends and family. Toni Ireland and family - Posted by: Toni Ireland Raugust (My fathers early Police chief ) on: Jan 28, 2021
