This message is for surviving family member, sister Julie & Tim of Yorkton, Sask., our apologies for seemingly hounding you, but because we were friends of Marlene, in Windthorst, Sask, and school chums, just would like to make contact with you. Last contact with Marlene was her wedding, so a lot of water has gone under the bridge since, Knew Marlene's husband and family very well thank-you. - Posted by: David & Evelyn Willison^, nee: Hoffman (familiy friends) on: Nov 28, 2020

School chums of Ernie & Marlene, Evelyn Hoffman, Anita Katona, Sharon McInnes raised in Windthorst, Sask. Have wondered for years, what happened to Marlene. Married to a Downer from Windthorst, later contacted polio and passed away. Just happen to notice the name Lang in the obits, small world. Our condolences to the family, especially sister Julie. Would love to make some personal contact with you Julie. Time was spent at your parents home in Windthorst. A lot of long ago memories. I [Dave] worked in the Bank 1955-57, boarded at Links just across from your parents' place, your Dad was in the lumber Business. - Posted by: David & Evelyn Willison [nee Hoffman] (Friend) on: Jul 22, 2020
