JACQUELINE ANITA LAMBERT FRIESEN

It is with profound sadness, that we announce the passing of Jacqueline Anita Lambert Friesen, at age 60. Jacqueline passed peacefully on July 17, 2020 after a battle with cancer.
She will be lovingly missed by her husband Brian; her three children, Colin (Dana), Carly (Ian) and Cain (Nicole); and her three granddaughters, Abby, Amelia and Brooke. She is also survived by her sister Janice (Ben); brothers, Mike, Jacques (Holly) and Martin (Amanda) and nieces and nephews who she loved dearly.
Jacqueline was born in Winnipeg in 1960, and grew up in Ste. Anne. She married her first husband, Doug Kiddell in 1984 and had her three children in the 1980s.
Later in life, she found true love with husband Brian Friesen, who she married in 2018. They enjoyed travelling, spending time at their vacation home in New Brunswick and entertaining family and friends in their beautiful home and yard, which Jacqueline worked so hard on.
Jacqueline absolutely loved being a mother and grandmother (Meme) and she excelled in these roles. She was a fierce protector of her children and would drop anything to be there for them. As a young stay-at-home mom, she logged countless hours playing with toys, building forts and doing just about anything her children imagined. Jacqueline loved being a mom so much that over the years she would welcome several others into her home - many of whom affectionately called her mom and became true family.
Jacqueline was bold and strong, yet warm, enthusiastic and incredibly caring. She had a beautiful laugh, youthful spirit, loved to have fun and had a true love of life. She could do absolutely anything she put her mind to, from home renovations to running businesses. She was incredibly spiritual and radiated positive energy. When Jacqueline told you everything would work out, you always knew it would.
Jacqueline was a tiny woman with a big heart. She gave the tightest, warmest, most loving hugs, which we will forever miss.
The family will be having a private Celebration of Life on July 26.
