MAURICE EMILE NAULT
April 26, 1966 - August 6, 2020
Maurice was predeceased by his father, Emile. He is survived by his mother and stepfather, Judy and Kon Zielinski; brother, Darryl (Leanne) Nault and children, Taylor, Braydon and Jayda; stepbrother, Joshua (Erin) Zielinski and children, Julianne, Mya and Sophie; aunties, Grace (Louis) and Jackie; uncles, Camille (Marlene) and Gerry (Doris); and numerous cousins.
Maurice always enjoyed visiting his grandparents and his cousins at the Nault farm at St. Pierre, MB. He had a lot of fun, being a mischievous boy, getting into things that can only be had on the farm. He also spent time in Souris, MB with his other grandparents. He had fun hanging about with his Grandpa Schau. Maurice's highlight was when his Grandpa took him and Darryl to the Souris Men's club, where they played shuffleboard, later ending up at the Rio Café where they had treats and put coins into the jukebox.
The family wishes to thank Winnipeg Harvest for all the help given to Maurice. In Maurice's own words, "Harvest helped me with social development, vocational development, and personal development, increasing confidence and self-esteem." We also wish to convey our thanks to CF Polo Park, as well as the West End Mental Health Team at Three Bridges, in Vancouver, BC.
Memorial donations may be to Winnipeg Harvest, or the Schizophrenia Society of Manitoba.
A private family service will take place.

Judy, Kon, Darryl, Joshua and families. We were saddened to hear that you had lost Maurice. We remember him as a bright, inquisitive young boy and, as he grew into his teenage years, as a pleasant, friendly young man. Our thoughts and prayers are with you at this time. - Posted by: Ken and Chris Kalk (Cousins) on: Aug 28, 2020
