TURNBULL: Howard, 85 years, beloved husband of Verbena Turnbull, father of Theresa, Tracy and Ted, passed away in the Souris Health Centre on Thursday, August 23, 2018. Funeral service will be held at the Elgin United Church on Saturday, September 1, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. Private interment in the Elgin Cemetery. In memory of Howard, donations may be made to the Manitoba Beekeepers Association- Barry Fingler Memorial Fund. Kowalchuk’s Funeral Home, Souris, in care of arrangements.
