TAYLER: With profound sadness, the family of Ernest Edward Tayler announces his passing on Tuesday, August 28, 2018. Ernie endured a long battle with dementia, the last six years being in Rideau Park Personal Care Home with his final days in Palliative Care in the Assiniboine Centre. Husband of 61 years to Gail; Dad to Bev (Jack) Haverstock, Brenda (Darrell) Appelt, and Jim Tayler; Grandpa to Trevor (Kim) Appelt, Kim Lamb, Nicki Haverstock, and Jenna Haverstock; Great-grandpa to Jessica Lamb.
