(nee DORAN)
May 10, 1934 October 6, 2020
Mum will be missed by her four daughters, Linda (Francesco), Carol, Donna (Tom), and Lorraine along with her grandchildren, Keri, Marina, Angela, Tracey, Ben, Tristin, Michelle, and Ashley and great-grandchildren, Mason, Arlo, Nora, Kate and Evangelina.
She was predeceased by an infant daughter in 1956, and by her loving husband, Bill in 2009. She was also predeceased by her sister, Kay and her parents Pearl and Edward.
Mum worked at a variety of office jobs over the years. She was an extraordinarily strong woman who had much to deal with during her life. In her later years, she enjoyed playing bingo with her friends, watching figure skating, curling, men's golf and baseball. She liked to travel, taking cruises and going to casinos. Mum was a devout Roman Catholic and in later years, a member of St. Paul the Apostle Church.
Due to COVID-19, a private family service will be held to honour Mum on Wednesday, October 14, 2020.
In lieu of flowers, if so desired, donations may be made in Marilyn's memory to: The Kidney Foundation.
