Brett, Diane Scott, and family. My parents were close friends with Ed and Betty when you were young kids. I was their go-to babysitter many many times when your parents were out at social functions. They were like a second family to me. Betty taught me to bake, sew, anything I wanted to learn. Many a night I stayed there so we could bake buns that had risen overnight. And Ed never minded this other older kid hanging around. Your house was always welcoming, and there was sure to be something baking. I have thought of you kids many times over the years and hope all is well with you and your families. I never met Millie but knowing Ed she would have been wonderful. My heart goes out to you all, losing someone is so hard but know your dad lived a full and rich life and he was one of the “good guys”. RIP Ed. - Posted by: Bev Kozun (Family friend) on: Oct 31, 2020
