My dearest Uncle. There are far too many words to fit into this space. I remember your 6pm bike rides to our house throughout my childhood, every evening, to utter one simple word to 'S' lorance, your big sister: "Bingo?" She'd say yes or no, you'd say ok, and go. That was one of the many amazing things about you, your inner clock. It told you it was time for 'Another World' at 2, The Flintstones at 4, to move to the picture window at 7:20 to watch for the bus from 'Quinnipeg', and to the North window on Fridays and Sundays after 10pm to watch the 'Bingo cars' come home. My first dance at my prom was with you. The song was 'Wind Beneath my Wings'. So appropriate, as you were an inspiration to so many. You deserved to be surrounded by family in your final hours, and we all so wanted to be with you. Though I'm sure it was 'standing room only' on the other side, where so many would be overjoyed to embrace you once again: to dance, to laugh and to sing all your favourite songs. No longer will you wonder, 'How Far is Heaven? '. Love you forever, Kitty-Anne - Posted by: Elizabeth aka 'Kitty Anne' (Niece) on: Nov 14, 2020
