LILLIAN GRACE STARR

With heavy hearts we announce the passing of our beloved mother Lillian on Sunday, November 15, 2020. She was called home to join her husband Henry, grandson Matthew, siblings and many loved ones that passed on.
Lillian is survived by her daughter Alma, son Claude, two granddaughters, Lori and Melissa, two great-grandsons, Zayde and Elgin, two godchildren, George and Wanda, her puppy Jake, and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
We would like to thank Tom Henderson for helping Mom over the years and making her laugh and smile. Thank you to her nieces, nephews and friends who visited and comforted her. Thank you for all the kindness and love you have shown Mom and the strength you've given us. Mom had too many friends to mention. Thank you for all the phone calls and companionship you have given Mom. She loved you all.
We would also like to thank the staff at Pine Falls Hospital, St. Boniface Hospital and Stars Paramedic for the care and compassion you gave to mom.
As per Mom's wishes, cremation has taken place and a private family service was held. Interment will take place at a later date.

God saw you getting tired
A cure was not to be
So He put His arms around you
and whispered "Come to Me."
With tearful eyes we watched you
and saw you fade away.
Although we loved you dearly
We could not make you stay.
Many times we thought of you,
many times we've cried.
If love alone could save you
you never would have died.
A golden heart stopped beating,
your tender hands at rest,
God took you home
To prove to us...
He only takes the best.
