Victor will be dearly missed by his wife, Valida, of 58 years, and three children, Chyenne (Jeff Nawolsky), Bonnie (Glenn Thiessen), and Andrea; his grandchildren, Aaron, Andrew, Lauren, Sela, Christian, and Cassidy.
Dad was predeceased by his son, Kevin (1967), his parents, Erwin and Elizabeth Friesen, his son-in-law, Dale Archer (Chyenne) and his siblings, Henry, Gladwin, and Brian.

It is with great sorrow that we announce the sudden and peaceful passing of Victor Friesen on Monday, Nov. 16, 2020, at the age of 81.
Victor will be dearly missed by his wife, Valida, of 58 years and three children, Chyenne (Jeff Nawolsky), Bonnie (Glenn Thiessen) and Andrea; his grandchildren, Aaron, Andrew, Lauren, Sela, Christian and Cassidy.

So sad to hear this news. I spent many hours with Victor flying to job sites in Northern Manitoba and Northwestern Ontario. He was always a gentleman and someone I looked up to. I enjoyed a great relationship with Victor on a professional as well as personal level over decades. So sorry to lose a great friend and a gentleman. It came as a great shock.
