MARY PATTS
March 10, 1924 - November 29, 2020
Mary was born in Rathwell, MB and was predeceased by her husband John, in 2010. She was also predeceased by her siblings, Nick, John, Joe, Mike, and sister Anne.
Remaining to cherish Mary's memory are her three children, Ed (Rae), Judy and Raymond; nine grandchildren and six great-grandchildren; as well as sisters, Frances (Gary) and Theresa (Cliff).
Mary was a mother, wife, sister, grandmother, great-grandmother and a friend who enjoyed the simple things in life. In her
retirement years, she was an avid cyclist, walker and square dancer. But her true
passion was gardening, knitting and cooking for family gatherings.
A special thanks to the Rosewood Support Housing for their excellent care of our
mother and the staff on Cornish 2 in the
Misericordia Health Centre who made her last days comfortable.
In keeping with Mary's wishes, cremation has taken place and due to Covid-19
restrictions, mom will be privately interred at Thomson "In the Park" Cemetery.
Goodbye my family
My life has passed
I love you all to the very last
Weep not for me but courage take
Love each other for my sake
For those you love don't go away
They walk beside you every day
