I met Barbara on our first day at UVic in 1987. As we were waiting in line to register for our first class, we began to talk, and formed an instant friendship. We stayed in contact over the years, and got together several times in Winnipeg and Victoria. Barbara was elegant, kind, intelligent, thoughtful, fun, beautiful, and generous of her time. She loved and was dedicated to Suss, and her family. She will be dearly missed. Rest In Peace my friend! Love, Marcie - Posted by: Marcie Lyons (Friend and fellow student at UVic) on: Dec 12, 2020
