(BOND)
Eunice was predeceased by her husbands, Joseph Arsenault and Roland Sarasin; parents, Charles and Winnifred Bond; brothers, Byron and Blenis; sisters, Erva and Audrey; and stepson Richard Sarasin.
Survived by her children, Joe Arsenault, Jerry Arsenault (Kelly) and Janice Sarasin-Penner (Randy); stepsons, Dennis and Roger Sarasin; four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Eunice married Joseph Arsenault in 1953, and they moved to Winnipeg in the early sixties. They were married for 12 years when he died suddenly. Eunice later married Roland Sarasin in 1970. Tragically in 1972, she lost the second love of her life.
Mom's children/family were her greatest joy; they were her everything. She was very proud to be a grandmother and great-grandmother. She will be sadly missed by all her family and forever remembered.
A Celebration of Life will take place at a later date.

I met Eunie just after Joe died. I had just started dating Alan and she was always so friendly and welcoming with a cup of hot tea and dainties; and that smile. After Christmas Eve church services, she welcomed us with a lovely plate of sliced ham and her potato salad. I remember the salad, such tiny pieces! (I had forgotten that till just now). Even though she had so many problems of her own, she was just tickled to be part of our lives, with other couples from church droppjng by to say hello before going out. Alan always got a cup of tea before bed. I remember later when Janice was born, she was so excited to have a daughter!!! Being newly married myself and not into babies, I sent her a touquise blue sleeper. I thought it was beautiful. Eunice said..."Rose, I had a Girl !!! Girls wear pink!!" We laughed about it for years. So many fond memories. She was so proud of all her children, and will be missed. Rose - Posted by: Rose Bond (Arsenault) (Sister-in-law ) on: Dec 27, 2020

Thinking of my Mom, Aunt & Uncles at this time with yet another loss of a sister. Also, my heart is with my cousin Joe, my cousins Jerry and Janice and their families as they mourn the loss of their Mom. My Aunt had a huge heart and a fun and loving spirit. Rest in Peace Aunt Eunice. ( Sherry ) - Posted by: S Ellis (Neice) on: Dec 19, 2020

So sorry for the loss of Aunt Eun. She was sweet and so much fun. I suppose we are fortunate to have loved someone so dearly, we have so much heartache when their time to leave their earthly home arrives. She rests in a heavenly home. Much love to Joe, Jerry and Jan and the families from your Cape Breton cousins 💕 - Posted by: Norma ‘Pinky’ (Niece ) on: Dec 19, 2020

Eunice was special! When her first husband Joe died, I lived with her for a few months. She was my Matron of Honour in my wedding. Eunice thought of others before herself. She loved her kids so much and was very proud of them and then of course that included all her grandchildren and great children! She will always be remembered and holds a special place in my heart! - Posted by: Sharon Wynne (Niece) on: Dec 19, 2020

Our dear Aunt will be sadly missed. She held a very special spot in our hearts. She was always full of smiles and so very kind to everyone she came in contact with. It was always fun to sit and listen to her and my Mom Audrey telling their stories. Our thoughts and prayer are with you and the family at the very difficult time. - Posted by: Monica and Graham MacDonald (niece) on: Dec 19, 2020

I have many memories of Aunt Eunice. But I remember at a young at a young age 4 or 5 we lived across the street and mom and her would stand in there doors and watch me cross the street to Aunt Eunice place and we would make cookies. Aunt Eunice was a special lady I will miss her dearly. My heart goes out to the family at this time. - Posted by: Melody Watts (Niece ) on: Dec 19, 2020

A Christian Lady who cared about her family. When my Mom was giving birth to one of my siblings. Eunice and husband Joe moved into our house to babysit us. When I turned 21, Eunice had my baby bracelet turned into a pin and presented it to me. She always called me her namesake ( my first name is Eunice) and always called me on my birthday. A loving, giving lady who will be missed by family and friends. - Posted by: Charlene Pelletier (Niece) on: Dec 19, 2020

Aunt Eunice was an amazing lady! I have so many great memories of her. One of them was when i would walk to school and pass her home on Carriage road, i would drop in and she would save all her brown bruised bananas that i loved just for me! I will never forget her smile and laugh! I will miss you! Big hugs for the family and all who knew her! - Posted by: Cyndi Bade (Neice) on: Dec 19, 2020
