PHILLIPS: Bill, 76 years, beloved husband of Janet Phillips, father of Richard and Robert, passed away in the Souris Health Centre on Tuesday, December 22, 2020. Due to the Covid-19 restrictions a funeral service will be held at a later date. Notifications will be posted prior to the service. In memory of Bill, donations may be made to a charity of your choice. Kowalchuk's Funeral Home, Souris in care of arrangements.
