JANE MARGARET EWERT
May 1, 1944 - December 23, 2020
Jane leaves to lovingly remember her, her sister Ruth (Ted), nephews, Mark (PollyAnn) and Allan (Dodi) and their children. She also leaves cousins, Kari and Kris Ingaldson, Ingi Ingaldson and many friends. She was predeceased by her parents, her dear cousin Betty Ingaldson, and close friend and partner-in-crime Margaret McKechnie.
Jane was born in Winnipeg, and lived most of her life in Fort Garry. She loved her times at the family cottage at Victoria Beach, spending many happy and fun times there with family and friends.
Jane's career was spent working for Manitoba Health.
She will be remembered for her love of animals, especially dogs. Throughout her life, Jane always had a dog by her side. Each one was special and brought her joy.
The family would like to thank those who gave Jane compassionate care at Charleswood Care Home and the Health Sciences Centre dialysis unit.
Due to Covid-19 restrictions, no formal service will be held.
Donations may be made in Jane's memory to the Winnipeg Humane Society, 45 Hurst Way, Winnipeg, MB R3T 0R3.
