Noëlla was a kind and joyous person! She reached out to others with an honest smile and caring hand. Always there with a smile and a joke... she love her Vassar steak! And she made a wonderful matrimonial cake! She will be missed by all who knew her. My deepest and sincerest condolences to Stan and extended family. With love and friendship... - Posted by: Bernard (Cousin) on: Jan 02, 2021
