Condolences & Memories (5 entries)

  • We are so saddened to hear of Jane's passing. We had the privilege of meeting Jane at the misery where she shared a room with Susan. What a delight she was! Whenever I visited Susan, I always looked forward to visiting with Jane as well. She made me feel like I knew her forever. She was sooo easy to get along with and I very much enjoyed our conversations. She has been on my mind lately and I will never forget her. She was one of a kind. We need more Janes in this world. RIP beautiful lady. - Posted by: Sandy and Susan Kupchak (friend) on: Mar 11, 2021

  • Jane joined our sisterhood of Beta Sigma Phi a few years ago. We have many great memories of her infectious laugh, her caring nature and her friendship. Sadly our time together was too short. Our condolences go out to her family and friends. Jane is missed by all, especially her Chapter members. - Posted by: V. Conley (friend) on: Jan 29, 2021

  • I remember Jane from High School, and Winnipeg Beach. Jane always had such a wonderful smile. - Posted by: brian klym (friend) on: Jan 10, 2021

  • I am saddened to learn of Jane’s passing, I enjoyed numerous visits with her over a glass of wine or two on her sunny porch in the font of her little cottage home in Winnipeg Beach prior to her moving to Winnipeg. I especially enjoyed our conversations and particularly her wonderful sense of humour and contagious laughter and smile. My heartfelt condolences to all her family and friends. - Posted by: Laurie Russin (Friend) on: Jan 09, 2021

  • We called ourselves “diaper buddies”. As little girls growing up barefoot at the lake, scampering across the big lawn to the beach. As girls just out of our teens, sharing our first apartment. The discovery of boys, clubs, fun and rock n’roll! As young mothers, our children around us at the lake, reliving the same magical summers we had. And finally for the past 4 years living only one floor apart. Sharing memories, great losses, boasting of our grandchildren and pride in our kids. I am so lucky you were part of the important parts of my life dear friend. Love you always, Carol - Posted by: Carol Stephens ( Friend) on: Jan 09, 2021
