SEAN WALTER CHARLES NEUFELD
1983 - 2021
He leaves to cherish his memory his father Chuck, stepmother Yvonne; his mother Carol; brother Lee; sisters, Amanda and Michelle; and his faithful companion, his dog Duncan.
Sean was an intelligent, kind, generous and loving person that was more concerned about others than himself; who for years struggled off and on with his demons that he had finally conquered.
Sean was looking forward to starting a new chapter in his life. He had secured a position to apply his vast computer skills. He just rented a new apartment and was to start helping others overcome their mental health problems.
Sean was a gifted athlete. He played many sports - hockey was his passion for 16 years playing goal at a highly competitive level. He loved skateboarding, crossword puzzles, Sharpies and his favourite show, "Game of Thrones". He coded, developed and implemented an Inventory Management System of which he was extremely proud; it gave him a chance to showcase some of his many computer skills.
He never missed a chance to start the day with a phone call or a text or to end each conversation saying, "I love you". Sean's family and friends will miss him dearly, as he was loved.
In lieu of flowers, please donate in Sean's honour to a pet rescue centre or to a charity of your choice.
Cremation has taken place and, when Covid restrictions allow, a Celebration of Life will take place.

Sean was my boyfriend when I was in grade 10- he was grade 11. I loved him so much- it was “hot” that he was the goalie for the Husky’s, and I would drive around with him on his Domino’s pizza deliveries. We had such a great connection. We parted ways for reasons I can’t remember, and didn’t talk for a long time. We reconnected through social media a number of years ago. I watched him stuggle with his demons, and would offer my help as much as I could- babysitting for Duncan on occasion or just offering a safe place for Sean to crash. My heart went out to him… I wish I could have helped him more. Still to this day I find myself laughing at something and wanting to share it with him, but realizing he’s not here. I tell myself that he’s at peace now- that’s the only thing that makes it okay. My heart goes out to his family and other friends. We lost an amazing soul. - Posted by: Alli (Friend) on: Sep 04, 2022

My heart broke when I heard the awful news. You were such a shining light in our world - it is so sad that your light couldn't shine on. You and I got to know each other through work and I couldn't be more grateful to have known you. You had so many stories to share and I loved hearing them. Your Destiny has called you home, I can have comfort knowing your not alone and your back with the love of your life. Thank you. We will miss you bud. - Posted by: Barb Silva (Friend to Sean/Auntie to Duncan) on: Feb 20, 2021
