JAMES (JIM) EDWARD OLIVER
November 5, 1938 – March 5, 2021

With sadness we announce the peaceful passing of Jim Oliver at the Red River Extended Care Home on March 5, 2021.
Jim was the only son of the late Eddie and Margaret Oliver. Jim lived his entire life in Selkirk.
He was employed by MRM for 30 years and after retirement there worked at the Mental Health Centre. He was a long-time Volunteer Fireman for the Town of Selkirk. In his earlier years he enjoyed golfing and hunting.
He was predeceased by his wife Hilary, sisters, Helen and Pat.
Left to remember him are Jamie Lou and Jerry Oliver, Andrew Gelder, Adele (Brian) Schultz and sister Dorothy.
At his request there will be no service and cremation has taken place.
