Condolences & Memories (5 entries)

  • Aunty Betty....I always admired your jewelry, lipstick and clippy shoes! You always looked like a million bucks! You were a very special Aunt. Witty and strong willed and could keep a conversation going on and on...and on! You’ll keep Heaven alive and I know you’ve already visited with everyone already there! I will forever miss you. - Posted by: Tanya Dunn (Niece) on: Apr 19, 2021

  • Aunty Betty, I will miss our long chats on the phone and all of the knowledge and memory you passed on to me. I will miss looking through the stacks and stacks of photos of us all. You never missed a single birthday of mine no matter where you were. Thank you for being the amazing Aunty/Godmother you were. Love always, Louis. - Posted by: Louis Durham (Nephew ) on: Apr 19, 2021

  • Auntie Betty, you were always there for me and all those you loved. You never missed a birthday, anniversary or a special event in my life. You were always generous with gifts and your time, both of which came from your heart. You were always my favourite aunt that treated Tanya and I like your own daughters. We loved to sleep over at your house as kids and enjoyed chats over lunches out or visits at the cabin as adults. I love you and will miss you once it sinks in that you are really gone. Thank you for being that special aunt in my life. Rest well Aunty Betty. - Posted by: Tammy Johnson (Niece) on: Apr 18, 2021

To Chrissy A big Hug for all the love and care you gave your Grandma in her final days. Your compassion helped ease the pain for us that could not attend her bedside. It meant a lot just knowing she was surrounded by love. Betty How can I put into words the many wonderful years we shared together Over 55 years of momentous occasions from births, graduations, weddings, anniversaries and many cold days spent at sporting events.
