Our family would like to thank Dr. Gian Haggared, the staff of Deer Lodge Centre, Golden Links Lodge and Kevin Donnelly for their caring and compassionate care of Glen and our long-time neighbours, Lionel and Loree Conan for the many things they did to help us during this difficult time in our lives.

My thoughts and prayers go out to Cathy and the family... it’s been a few years since our working days at HRDC in Winnipeg but I do have to say Glen was not only my Manager but a mentor who quickly became a very dear friend! We always had a mutual respect for each other that was, in my opinion, ahead of its time. My days with the Regional Secretariat provided so many learning opportunities and Glen was there to mentor. And he even helped me out with the University courses I was enrolled in at the time! He was always such a great motivator and support. Unfortunately, we lost touch after he retired... and I moved... to Regina... then Edmonton. You will never be forgotten... - Posted by: Jeannette Aubin (Former Manager) on: May 17, 2021

My sincere condolences to Kathy and Glen’s family. I remember many fond memories and a lot of special times with Glen when we worked at CEIC/HRDC. He was your consummate Public Servant and would have time for anyone who needed it. Many close friends met with Glen quite often, daily it seems, for coffee in the Plastic Palace at Eaton Place where we shared stories and general topics, usually about sports, primarily hockey. I have not seen Glen for many years however remember fondly the many good times we spent together. Rest In Peace my friend. - Posted by: Rick Valcourt (Friend and co-worker) on: May 08, 2021
