Condolences & Memories (14 entries)

  • Keith, we are so saddened to read of Jo-Anne’s passing. What a bright spirit she was to all of us over the years of AW Book Club. Her intelligence and insight she brought to our discussions we have missed. Your family were always more than willing to have us take over the house and kitchen when we met there! May your memories get you through this very difficult time. - Posted by: Judy & Bob Baker (Neighbour) on: Jun 09, 2021

  • When I was young I had a crush on Jo Anne. She was very beautiful and smart. AND she was my cousin. I was much younger and didn't have much contact with her. She and Judy were always nice to me. I was hanging out with Robert. He avoided any talk about his sisters. I had more contact with Ben as he and my dad were brothers. Uncle Ben was a great guy who I have great respect for. I was very sad when I found out that she had MS. What a terrible disease. My love goes out to the whole family. May she rest in peace. - Posted by: Brin Horsfall (cousin) on: Jun 07, 2021

  • Keith and family, my deepest condolences to an exceptional lady. I grew up with Jo-Anne in Silver Heights from elementary school right up to and including university. Her personal warmth, humour and intelligence were all attributes that were in plentiful supply. Paul - Posted by: Paul Casey (Friend ) on: Jun 05, 2021
