RAYMOND GUERET
July 24, 1927 – June 16, 2021

A long life well lived, the last of his family's generation.
Lovingly remembered by his wife of over 72 years, Lina (nee Boulic), and his children, Anne (Claude Labossiere), Jocelyne Kennedy, Mona (Raymond Souque), Gilles (Diane), Alice (Denis Daudet), Martin (Darci) and Patrick. Also left to mourn their "Grandpa" are the joys of his life: 14 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
Predeceased by his parents, Emmanuel and Rose Marie (nee Bosc), his siblings, his in-laws and son-in-law James Kennedy
Mom and Dad farmed in St. Lupicin area for many years and eventually moved to St. Boniface in the early 1970s. Dad worked at Schneiders before retiring due to ill health. After some travelling to France a few times to visit with family, travelling from coast to coast in Canada, and selling their place at Twin Beaches, cottage life became 80 acres with a little green cottage in the bush near Haywood where gardening and listening to the many species of birds became the pastime.
Due to Covid restrictions, no formal funeral will take place at this time.
The family wishes to thank the wonderful and caring staff at Actionmarguerite St. Vital first floor for their compassion especially during the Covid restrictions.
