Condolences & Memories (4 entries)
My heart goes out to you Lex, Sue, Dean & Lee!! We all know our world was a better place with Jerry in it? To me he was always a gentle giant that gave the Bestis and biggest hugs!! Even though distance keeps us apart after being two minutes together it seems like this family never misses a beat. I first knew Jerry as my friend Neil‘s coolest older brother, and my Dad's best friend . I remember ripping around in Jerry’s Green Galaxy 500 I’m pretty sure that car was part of getting Jerry a wife hey Lex wink wink. Then all of a sudden Jerry was my friend Neil’s brother my dad’s buddy and than my cousin’s husband. It was always so cool living in town knowing you could walk down to the lumber store as a Little kid and just go in and have a great conversation with Jerry and always walking away with positive thoughts, you truly are a respected mentor in my life bro. I know somewhere now are you sitting with all of the family we truly miss so much and hopefully Jamming and foot tapping, seeing you laughing and of course telling many stories Is who you are and always will be. We thank you for the three souls and their families that you and Lex built, only to make the world a better place and carry on your legacy. And when It’s our turn to pull a Hank Snow 🤔then we will meet again my school friend Neil’s brother my dad’s best buddy my cousins long time loving husband an awesome dad and a mentor to all !!!! We will continue where we left off. Until we meet again here is A big Jerry hug to everybody, I miss you and love you all . Wilson & Trudie - Posted by: Wilson (Relative) on: Jul 15, 2021
My heart goes out to you and your family, Lexie. I have fond memories of Jerry throughout the years as I tagged along with Clarence and Val to visit with you. I will always remember him as a robust man who, although very serious about things that were important to him, loved to laugh and enjoy life to its fullest. What I saw was how much he loved you and his children, and that's a deep, abiding love that will never leave you. Thinking of you, and sending love and hugs. - Posted by: Lorna Smith (Family Acquaintance through Val and Clarence Bush) on: Jul 14, 2021
