September 6, 1966 - June 29, 2021
Tana is survived by her parents, Aldage and Carole Tremblay; brother Steven and sister Tracy. She is predeceased by her dearest grandmother Jeanne Verhaeghe (2013) and her ever loving dog / partner Hootie, both of whom she is with once again.
Tana loved her jewelry, candles and art. She was a very creative soul and had an artistic view of everything in her life.
Cremation has taken place and a private service will be held at a later date.

She was my dad's wife after his divorce with my mom. She was awesome cook. Perogies. Burritos, you name it. I knew her a few years of my life but will never forget her energy and love for kids!
