I am so sorry to learn of Bruce’s passing. It was a shock to us all as he was so full of life and always on the go. We had so many good times in the short period I knew him from Rotary. It wasn’t just the dinners and parties, but also golfing and fishing outings where we laughed a lot. He was a gentleman and I really appreciated his honesty and how blunt to the point be was. I will really miss that twinkle in his eye and wry grin when you knew he had something up his sleeve or was up to no good. Rest in peace my friend. Aleda and family I extend my deepest sympathies and my prayers are with you. - Posted by: Bob Shaver (Friend) on: Aug 10, 2021

I was so sorry to hear of Bruce’s passing. He was always full of such enthusiasm for everything he did. I lived to hear all of his stories. - Posted by: Cheryl Simpson (Friend, fellow Rotarian) on: Aug 10, 2021

Aleda, Trent, Andrea and Family, so sorry to hear of Bruce's sudden passing, such a shock for all of you. A wonderful person and was so fun to run into unexpectantly. We know he will be greatly missed. Our love and condolences. Keep strong, visit the great memories and take care of yourselves. - Posted by: Robert & Yooko Osato & Family (Friend) on: Aug 09, 2021

It was shocking to learn of Bruce's sudden passing. Very sad news. He was just a great guy, a gentleman, a pleasure to be around, and I'll always remember his friendly greeting and handshake. He had a big presence about him and I have no doubt he'll be missed by many, not only at the St. Vital Curling Club. Trent, may your Dad be smiling down upon us, raising a glass of the good stuff and saying "Cheers!" from up above. Sincere condolences to his family. Rest in peace Mr. Sloane. - Posted by: Bradley Pisiak (friend) on: Aug 07, 2021
