July 6, 1991 – September 25, 2021
Saturday, September 25, 2021 was the saddest day for Athen, he had to say goodbye to his mommy. Although she is gone, Athen knows she will always be in his heart and that he can talk to her in heaven anytime. She will also be forever remembered by her father, Arthur Noga; her brother Austin Noga and a large extended family of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Amber was predeceased by her mother, Pamela Noga on March 31, 2005. Her death left a large hole in Amber's heart. She was also predeceased by both sets of grandparents, an aunt and one uncle.
Amber was a passionate people person, a conversationalist, a friend. She was happiest when she was surrounded by family and friends. She was a little person with a big hug.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of your choice.
A viewing will be held on Tuesday, October 12, 2021 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 4000 Portage Avenue. A service will be held at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 14, 2021. For those who wish to attend the viewing or the service, please RSVP to Chapel Lawn between 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., as space is limited.

When the world does you wrong you make it right, when people fail you you rise above them. When everything hurts you create laughter when your put down you skip towards better things. When life seems impossible you triumph and prevail and prove to everybody I am me I am great I will defeat you. Your no match for my strength. The Last Status she made on Facebook I will never forget. These Affirmations are a pleasant reminder of you and the kind of person you were a great friend, an amazing mother and an incredible woman. I see Athen so much now he is growing up so fast still looks so much like you definitely a goofy little guy always makin me laugh not sure if its with me or at me lol, I am Clumpsy, I know he misses you especially when we go to the beach still learning to swim but by this summer, he should be a pro.
