LYNNE CAROL GLOWATZKY
June 25, 1946 October 7, 2021
Predeceased by her mother, Mary, in 1999, and by her father, Herman, in 2002.
Lynne was born in Winnipeg, a city which she loved, and in which she resided her entire life. Early on, her career companies included Canadian Premier Life and Great-West Life, before moving on to NDL Construction, from which she retired in 2009. Over the years, she loved watching the Winnipeg Blue Bombers and Winnipeg Jets, as well as curling on TV.
Lynne was a kind and loving person, a good friend to many, and very close to her cousins. She was always helping and supporting in any way she could.
Lynne's love for God was reflected throughout her life, in her many devotional books and in taking comfort with Christian music. She also loved playing the saxophone.
When you think of Lynne, celebrate the good memories of her, and treasure life every day.
We would like to thank the staff at Riverwood Square, who made her time there so very enjoyable, and also the staff at Oakview Place Extendicare who cared for her over the last year.
A private interment (due to restricted numbers) will be held at St. Vital Cemetery on Friday, October 22 at 11:00 a.m.
The service will be live-streamed and available to view on Lynne Glowatzky's obituary page at www.neilbardalinc.com. It will remain available on the website to watch at a later date.
