MARIE ANGE REGNIER
Marie Ange died peacefully on October 10, 2021 at Actionmarguerite St. Boniface (Tache Centre).
She was the second of eight children raised on a farm in St. Francois Xavier. After her educational endeavours she became a secretary at a financial institution and from there she was chosen as a personal secretary for Fraser and Wilson, and then ended her career at Veterans Affairs. She worked in Vancouver, Toronto and Winnipeg. Her holidaying was spent in Europe, Jamaica and cruising with friends.
Marie Ange was predeceased by her four sisters, Therese, Reine, Carmel and Anne Marie. She leaves to mourn her brothers, Maurice (Patricia) and Father Gerard in Montreal, and her sister Marguerite. Nineteen nephews and nieces with their spouses and their children also made up her family. Her claim to fame was her delicious Christmas puddings.
A private Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Ignatius Church on November 8, 2021 at 11:00 a.m., and interment will take place at the St. Francois Xavier Parish Cemetery at a later date. Live streaming of the service will be available at https://www.stignatius.ca/
